How to access your mail account

Method I: Webmail
   URL: http://webmail.nisd.gov.in
   Username: username
   Password: password provided
   Login

Method II: Mail Client
   Open Outlook Express
   File
   Identities
   Add New Identity
   Type your name: NISD
   OK
   Do you want switch now - Yes
   Display name: username
   Email address: username@nisd.gov.in
   Next
   Incoming mail: nisd.gov.in
   Outgoing mail: nisd.gov.in
   Next
   Account name: username
   Password: provided
   Finish
   This configures your Outlook Express for this particular user.

How to change Password

URL: http://webmail.nisd.gov.in/imp/login.php
Enter the full username and password provided.
Click Login
Click My Account
Under My Account -->Click Password.
Enter old Password, Enter new Password and then confirm new Password while typing it again.
Click Change Password
This will save your new password and you have to login with the NEW password.
